Guardians of the Galaxy vol.2 First Teaser

Obviously. Check out the first look at Guardians of the Galaxy 2! It looks amazing and all your faves are back: Star Lord, Groot and Rocket, Gamora, Drax and more!

Logan First Trailer

After some teasing by the clawed one himself, the first trailer for Logan, Hugh Jackman's last Wolverine movie, has been released! And it's amazing. Check it out above.
It really does feel Old Man Logan, Death Of Wolverine, Wolverine The End and the Last of Us inspired, which sounds like an awesome mix to me! No joke... trailer wise... this might be my most anticipated film right now. It just looks EXACTLY like my kinda superhero movie. Down and dirty, dark and harsh. There is no "fun" in this and that is ohhhh so very fine by me. Can't wait for this. let's hope Fox doesn't fool us with the trailer and the finished product is this good.

X-23 Confirmed For Logan

A photo posted by @wponx on

More Logan! It had been rumored that the little girl Logan has to protect is in fact Laura Kinney/X-23, but now the movie's instagram account actually confirms it by sharing a picture of the character and captioning it with the title "Laura". Most of us figured that out when Xavier told Logan the girl is very much like him, but its nice to have confirmation.
Very excited to see her, but my question is... if they want to use her in coming x-movies... how do they get her into the other time? Logan seems to take place at least 40 years into our future and the current X-Men are at best in the 90s with the next film. So... time travel? Again? We'll see. Until then I'll continue to be hyped for Logan!

Donald Glover is Lando Calrissian

Donald Glover is Lando Calrissian

Lucasfilm revealed that actor/rapper Donald Glover (know as Childish Gambino, Troy from Community and his new show Atlanta) landed the role of Lando Calrissian for the young Han Solo movie!
The directors had this to say about the casting:

"We’re so lucky to have an artist as talented as Donald join us... These are big shoes to fill, and an even bigger cape, and this one fits him perfectly, which will save us money on alterations. Also, we’d like to publicly apologize to Donald for ruining Comic-Con for him forever."

According to the Hollywood Reporter the story of the young Han Solo movie will also show us how Han got the Falcon from Lando in a game of "Corellian Spike" sabacc, which we heard about since Empire. That's kind of a given when you have young Lando as well, in my opinion, but good to know. I am still very VERY unhappy with a young Han Solo movie existing at all, but to be honest... so far all creative forces working on the movie seem like a great team.

Deadpool Director leaves Sequel

Deadpool Director leaves Sequel

According to Deadline, director Tim Miller left the highly anticipated sequel to his first Deadpool movie over creative differences with star Ryan Reynolds and the studio. Apparently Miller wanted to take the sequel into a little bit different direction, while the studio and the main star wanted the sequel to be very much in line with the first film.
This is a very worrysome thing, in my opinion, since Miller was one of the main reasons why the film felt fresh and new (especially compared to the generally much weaker other x-movies at Fox), so we'll have to see what happens to Deadpool now.

Zack Snyder Shared New Wonder Woman Image

Zack Snyder Shared New Wonder Woman Image

Director Zack Snyder still remains very share happy with Justice League. While the movie doesn't release for little more than a whole year now, we already got a teaser trailer, a small Deathstroke video, a behind the scenes featurette and a lot of pictures. I am not complaining, of course, as a huge Snyder fan, especially when the stuff is as cool as the newly released image of Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman from Justice League. Check it out above!

Kevin Feige Talks Netflix Characters In Movies

Kevin Feige Talks Netflix Characters In Movies

During a press event for Doctor Strange Collider asked Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige was asked about the problems of tying in the Netflix characters like Daredevil and Jessica Jones with the movies and had this explanation for why it didn't happen yet.

"I think it’s extremely impressive what Netflix has done and it will be the same answer I always give, which is, “It all depends on timing.” It all depends on how to do it because I don’t think what anybody wants to do is have such important characters show up for one second. Black Panther and Spider-Man to me are the high bar in Civil War of how you can bring in new characters into something. Vision and Ultron, Wanda and Pietro in Ultron. And it takes a lot of screentime, and it takes a lot of work. Infinity War has a lot of people in it already. So it just depends on how we could figure it out."

To be honest... I kinda hope this is just PR speak to keep us guessing until DD and co. will show up during Infinity War.
