Workout Wednesday: Captain America Workout
**Time for a Captain America Workout!**Reading comics is a pretty laid-back activity, so it’s time to get off your butt and get that pump!
Captain America didn’t get all muscular and strong by driving around in American Muscle cars, looking for the nearest burger joint and ordering XXL slurpies. He’s had a very decent military and combat training, he has blended judo, regular boxing and kickboxing into his own unique fighting style and had years of training with throwing his near-indestructible shield. His fitness starts to make sense now? (All right, a little Super-Soldier Serum wouldn’t hurt either)
We can’t promise you will become a superhero with this training, but at least you can get super fit by doing these Captain America fitness exercises. How many sets can you pull off?
